Sept 3rd: Had a few hours visiting sites not been to for quite a while. Holme Bridleway: mid afternoon Chaffinch - 1 Crow - 3 Buzzard - 1 Broom Plantation (near Manton): Mistle Thrush - 3 Sprawk - 1 Manton: Buzzard - 3 ( two being slightly bothered by the hirundines) Black Bank:: 17:40 - 19:15 Kestrel - 2 An enjoyable few hours until I misplaced the car key at BB, I was picking some brambles and didn't know the key had fallen out me pocket, until I wanted it and it wasn't there As I was trampling down the nettles it must have fallen out, I started to sweat and looked all over then decided to retrace my steps (thankfully there wasn't ditches or I would have been up the swanee) thankfully spotted a shiny object and got it back thankfully Next time I'll be more careful! Cheers Max |
