Wryneck still showing nicely this evening. Same place as original post - about 500 yards along bank - in bushes to right hand side.

Wryneck still present today in the same area about 500m along bank to Tabs Head, showed really well after being a bit skittish earlier this morning.

Wryneck showing this morning at 8:30am, approximately 300 yards along river bank in some low bushes.

Also, lesser whitethroat (2), common whitethroat (3), willow warbler (2) and greenfinch (5) amongst the adjacent shrubbery. Plus, one spotted redshank and a merlin sunning itself on a hay bale.
