Post subject:  Donna Nook, 9th September.

I heard a very high and distant skein of Pinkfeet heading south at 1035, but I was not able to see them. A handful of migrants on the dunes included 6 Willow Warblers, a Chiffchaff, 4 Common Whitethroats, Lesser Whitethroat, Blackcap, 3 Whinchats, Wheatear, Song Thrush and Robin. Also of note were 7 Tree Sparrows, Great Spotted Woodpecker, 90 Swallows, 3 Whimbrels, 2 Green Sandpipers, 2 Common Buzzards, 2 Sparrowhawks and 2 Marsh Harriers.
