Day totals for 100913. Morning Sea watch from Mill Hill 0630 to 1115 and afternoon from 1515 to 1830. Gannets etc were not counted in the afternoon, not many were moving anyway. Gannet 41N 69S Arctic Skua 22N 158S Bonxie 4N 72S Inc flocks of 23 and 12 L T Skua 7S all juvs (with help from KMW!) Skua sp 32S Most disappearing into the murky distance Commic Tern 29N 42S Common Tern 4N 172S Arctic Tern 7S Fulmar 19S RT Diver 11S 3N Black Tern 1S Sooty Shearwater 1N (KMW) Velvet Scoter 1S (Female type) Common Scoter 56N Guillemot 2N Auk sp 5N Teal 16N 4S Shelduck 16N Same time, same place tomorrow!
