Just had a call from friends from another part of Canwick asking for help identifying a mysterious bird. Just been round with a field guide, and they are convinced it was a Whinchat. Has anyone else who birds this area seen any. If anyone is keen to look the playing fields in Canwick are where they reported the birds flew from and back to.

If I get a chance one lunchtime this week I'll have a look.
