I was with Dave Bradbeer who actually spotted the bird walking as we talked.

May I ask Andrew. Why you added the 'Reported' tag please?

Still present, by the pile of rubble on the sea wall past the pines at the entrance to the fitties.

I add the word 'reported' for two reasons:

1) so that when the records are taken from the LBC Forum and added to the LBC database the record is not attributed to me!

2) and hopefully, it is also obvious to others that I am reporting the bird without actually seeing the bird, and therefore can't guarantee the record fully.

I feel it is best to upload the information ASAP rather than wait for verification.

I do this with all records and do not distinguish between sources.

I do this with all news I am passing on 2nd hand, and would encourage others to do the same...

Hope this is helpful

Andrew
