WeBs Survey 06.45 - 11.25 Grey Heron 2, Mute Swan 22, Whooper Swan 2 (gone by 09.45), Teal 300, Mallard 37, Moorhen 3, Golden Plover 700, Lapwing 300, Black-headed gull 77. Also: Sparrowhawk 1, Common Buzzard 3, Kestrel 4, Peregrine 2, Marsh tit 2 (Bottom Barff Wood), Snow bunting 1 (my second record for Nocton Fen, very close to where I saw one several years ago). |
