Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to get out before 10.30 hrs today, but an hours seawatch was quite interesting, although very quiet compared to yesterday:

Only 3 Common Scoters were on the sea, with a single flock of c35>N. There was also a single flock of 20 Eiders >N, but no other ducks.

A Red-throated Diver >N and a larger diver sp. also >N

A single party of 4 Bonxies >S fairly high up.

I distant gull flying >N was almost certainly and immature Sabines Gull, but just a bit too far out to be sure.

In the Late afternoon off Brickyard Lane was a flock of 8 Gadwall on the sea, which eventually took off and flew >N

So over the 2 days, 14 species of migrating ducks have been seen
