Highlights on and around the reserve today:-

Red-crested Pochard x 1(m)
Scaup x 2 (1m, 1f)
Goldeneye x 5 (1m, 4f)
Bewick's Swan x 2*
Whooper Swan x 38*
White-fronted Goose x 4
Pink-footed Goose x c15
Snow Bunting x 5
Kingfisher x 1
Sparrowhawk x 1
Kestrel x 1

Swans were very distant and better views were to be had from Sandholme Lane.

Pale-bellied Brent Goose - 1
Peregrine - 1
Hen harrier - male
Marsh harrier - 3
Mediterranean Gull - adult winter flew over

and at Freiston;
Great Northern Diver - juv lagoon
Red-throated Diver - 3 sea
Guillemot - 1 sea
Peregrine - 1
Barn Owl - 1
