0730 - 0930 Lovely walk virtually unspoilt by dogs and their owners. Good early start made me think i would beat 40 species but only managed 33. Highlights - Woodcock 1 Little Egret 1 Redwing 1 Tufted Duck 4m 2f G C Grebe 1 Goosander 1f Kingfisher 2 Sprawk 1 maybe 2 Also several Water Voles plus Comma & Small Tortoiseshell Butterflies Cheers James |

Last weekend on top of the dog walkers there were 2 numpties trying to launch an inflatable so that they could fish from the middle of the lake. I think a couple of 'off duty" anglers persuaded them otherwise! James |
