A few departing winter visitors were grounded by the fog at the south end today. 37 Redwings, 21 Fieldfares, 5 Song Thrushes and 4 Bramblings were counted. Also seen were 5 Chiffchaffs, Wheatear, Corn Bunting, 2 Twite and a Short-eared Owl. |
