05.30 - 09.30 this morning Little egret 1, Grey heron 5, Mute swan 74, Greylag 2, Shelduck 8, Gadwall 12, Mallard 65, Moorhen 2, Lapwing 12, Black-headed gull 2, Kestrel 3, Peregrine 1, Buzzard1, Little Owl 1, Wheatear 1, Grey Partridge 6 (3 pr), Yellow wagtail c. 10, Whitethroat singing 4, Sedge warbler singing 4, Lesser whitethroat singing 1 (ditto later at Woodhall Spa). |
