Carr Dyke: 15.30 - 15.45 Reed Bunting - 1m Moorhen - 1 Wood Pigeon - 6 Good number of fish at the rear, think they were Roach. Scotterthorpe: 16.10 - 20.30 Chaffinch - 3pr Y/hammer - 1m Crow - 2 Magpie - 4 Jackdaw - 6 LT Tit - 4 W Pigeon - 14 C Dove - 4 Pheasant - 2 Blackbird - 4 Linnet - 3 Wren - 1 (with food) House Martin - 3 Swallow - 3 Chiffchaff - 2 (heard) Willow Warbler - 3 Green Woodpecker - 1 Black-head Gull - 1 Common Gull - 1 Hobby - 2 Buzzard - 2 Kestrel - 1 adult + 3 juvs ( distant pics) adult seen bringing food and hunting Lapwing - 3 Oyk - 2 Dunnock - 3 Greylag - 1 Mallard - 4 Whitethroat - 4 (pics of one) For those who want to risk going in the car, beware the track is extremely rough as always thankfully DJ thinks he heard a Quail but as there was an engine or pump constantly running close by it wasn't a positive ID, so if anyone ventures down there listen out, ta.
