Hi,

Highlights from Frampton WeBS this morning;

Red-necked Phalarope - juv on reedbed
Glossy Ibis - wet grassland
Spoonbill - 3
Garganey - middle scrape
Red-crested Pochard - middle scrape (rarer than phalarope here!)
Spotted Redshank - 5
Little Stint - 2 middle scrape
Wood Sandpiper - wet grassland
Black-tailed Godwit - 2672
Ruff - 39

3897 Black-tailed Godwits on the soon to be concreted over Killingholme mudflats this week and 580 at Alkborough the same day so a good Humber total; also of interest 1197 Avocets at Alkborough demonstrating the continued importance of the Humber for this species in Britain in early autumn --

the sat tagged Black-tail at Killingholme was ringed in Spain and its movements can be tracked at the link below -- follow details for Rotterdam -- you need to uncheck all the other birds in the drop down menu at the right and take the first date back to Feb 2013 to see all the movements
