A warm afternoon at Fillingham produced a tit flock with Coal Tit, Willowchiff,Goldcrest and juv.Bullfinch and Chaffinch. Watched a Kingfisher for half an hour or so fishing. In the cowfields c.6 Spotfly - adults & young and juv.Yellow wag. GC Grebe pairs with 3 young. At Willingham by Stow c.70 House Martins 'swarming' on the roof of a neighbours house - they'll be gone in a day or so now. |
