Highlights between Stonebridge and Pye's Hall with notes also from Barry Clarkson and Chris Atkin. Over the sea were 3 Common Terns, Manx Shearwater and Great Skua. The Osprey was eating a fish on its rusty bin and a Peregrine and 3 Sparrowhawks were noted. Earlier there were 2 Sparrowhawks down at the south end. Grounded migrants included 4 Spotted Flycatchers, one Pied Flycatcher, 11 Whinchats, Wheatear, 5 Willow Warblers, 5 Reed Warblers, 6 Common Whitethroats, 10 Lesser Whitethroats and 2 Garden Warblers. Also of interest were 5 Black-tailed Godwits, 2 Common Sandpipers, 430 Dunlin, 3 Curlew Sandpipers, 4 Little Stints, 3 Avocets and a Kingfisher.
