There were 3 common buzzards soaring over Healing village at about1245 today, drifting slowly south. There was also a sparrow hawk in the area. At about 1415, there were another 3 buzzards doing the same thing. (It is possible that the original 3 had returned, but I think it is more likely that this was another group). To change the subject, there have been 6 juvenile goldfinches regularly on my feeders recently. Martin Francis |

Buzzards are certainly on the move. There were 6 circling over Lincoln Road Branston at 10.30 this morning, Monday |
