A morning wander amongst the foggy swamp. I hoped for a wheatear and actually found one. I failed all spring on this quest but today my autumn wanderer haunted the humber bank wall and shore-line rocks, allowing me to gawp in appreciation. The pastel prowler flashed it's white rags amongst the 50 shades of grey to paint a smile on my face of Humber Bridge proportions. This species has this affect on me, I am helpless.
A pintail passed over the Reserve to give an idea that travelers are amongst us. The corners are curling up and the fleeing hordes head south. get out there and find a gem.
