A Shore Lark on the beach at the south end was with a Skylark and both birds eventually flew along the shore towards Stonebridge. 50 Whooper Swans still present on the coastal fields, and other noteworthy birds included 12 Pink-footed Geese, 25 Blackbirds, 8 Redwings, 2 Goldcrests, Water Rail, Kingfisher, 2 Common Buzzards and 2 Gannets.
