At Gib Pt this afternoon (wrong time, wrong place!), James Siddle and I had a flock of c.20 Ring-necked Parakeets fly swiftly south and disappear away over the Wash Viewpoint. We couldn't be certain they were all Ring-necked Parakeets due to the speed with which they passed through. No idea where they came from. Does anyone else know of any escapes (or previously undiscovered breeding colonies) ?! Phil, with JS. |

There have been a handful or so around the Wainfleet area for a year or more (thought to have escaped from the Parrot Zoo). John |
