WeBS highlights from this morning; Glossy Ibis - on wet grassland for its 149th day! Rough-legged buzzard - juv again between the reserve and Frampton village. Showing on and off, but very well at times Whooper swan - 15 Brent goose - 1300 Wigeon - 3243 (record reserve count) Teal - 2183 (record reserve count) Pintail - 23 Goosander - 1 Kingfisher - at least 5 Black-tailed godwit - 91 Ruff - 5 Green sandpiper - 1 Merlin - 1 Peregrine - 2 Short-eared owl - 1 Barn owl - 1 Ian, Toby, John et al |
