A nice find Hugh but no egrets of any description between 10:30 and 15:15 |

GWE was in bay on railway side but very distant. Tried to find closer views but while trying a dog walker said it had flown - whether still on lake or not I don't know but I couldn't relocate it. First seen just before 8am. Little Egret was on by pass side and easily seen few hundred yards out from where the red taping was. It was still feeding well when I left at 9-30am Hugh |
