Dunsby Fen. Common Buzzard 3 Kestrel 3 Reed Bunting 2 Hawthorpe. Red Kite 12 Sparrowhawk 1 male Common Buzzard 4 Barn Owl 1 Kestrel 1 Raven 2 Stonechat pair of. Bullfinch 3 females No SEOs by 15.30hrs. cheers, Oliver |

2 Short-eared Owls at Hawthorpe at 1230 yesterday watched by Dave Thorpe and me. Also a pair of Stonechats a Buzzard, 3 kestrels and a Raven. Lots of Fieldfares and 120 Fallow Deer. At nearby Temple Wood and the BT Tower 2 more ravens, a peregrine and 2 buzzards. Another 100 Fallow Deer here too. In the wood very quiet except for a calling Nuthatch and several Bullfinches. In Callan's lane Wood at least 3 Marsh Tits. Ian |

Around noon today at Dunsby Fen;- 1 Grey Heron 2 Mute Swans 1 Red Kite 1 Hen harrier - gorgeous male 3 Common Buzzards 3 Kestrels 26 Lapwings 1 GS Woodpecker! Ian |

Nice sightings Ian, i was at Hawthorpe 11ish yesterday, then had a wander down Dunsby and Haconby fens, back at Hawthorpe about 1.30pmish so did an excellent job of missing the SEOs.....again..... seen them 2 visits out of 4 so far. whereabouts was the Harrier at Dunsby? Cheers, Oliver. |

Hen Harrier was right at the bottom of the fen over the 40 foot. Back at Hawthorpe this afternoon bot no owls. 1 male Stonechat and 4 kites. Best regards Ian |
