Mid-afternoon walk along the 'Water Rail Way' between the old stations of Stixwould and Kirkstead:-

Kingfisher 1
Goosanders 4
Grey Heron 1
Kestrel 1
Tufted ducks 8
Mallard 20
Teal 3
Cormorant 1
Coots 4
Goldfinches 5
Great Tits 3
Blue Tits 2
Blackbirds 10
Magpies 2

On journey home along Stixwould old station road, in tree:
Fieldfares 20+
