Other highlights on the realignment area this morning included Hen Harrier, Peregrine, 3 Ruffs, Mediterranean Gull, 16 Corn Buntings, Lapland Bunting, Goldcrest and ca. 26 Little Egrets.

The Black Brant was still present this morning and into the afternoon, initially on the realignment area, then on the mudflats between Stonebridge and Pye's Hall. There were ca.1,100 Brent Geese, including 3 pale-bellied birds. Other highlights were 24 Corn Buntings, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and a Merlin.
