A water pipit along the shore, to the west of the Cements (opposite Ness Hide ish) reported to me this morning. I spent time failing to re-locate. other birds of note were a black tailed godwit on shore, peregrine on Bridge, little egret in pasture field opposite new centre entrance and 2 tree sparrow on the old centre bird table. Bearded tit were in reedbeds along the shoreline, a kingfisher was around, plenty of wildfowl too. |
