First visit here for three and a bit years(I've been living abroad,well Wales) Mere about 50% frozen as opposed to 98% yesterday(Andy Sims estimate,who am I to argue with the master?) 1 tufted duck 65 mallard 1 gadwall 70+ b h gull 13 common gull 1 sparrowhawk 1 bittern,flew from the bay where the bench is,into far side reed bed near railway and disappeared, 58 goldfinch Flock of c15 great tit on the track back to the Super Bowl car park. Yesterday 5 teal 10 grey lag goose And about 200 pink foot over the bypass at 09.10 |
