Ed Mackrill Peter Childs and I walked the whole site from 1145 hrs to 1645 hrs a total of 71 species seen included c 4000 brent inc 2 pale bellied, (did not see Black brant) 27 whooper swan inc 2 imm, c 7500 golden plover, 2 m hen harrier, 2 marsh harrier, 1 merlin, 1 barn owl 1 peregrine, 1 common buzzard, 1 kingfisher and 1 jay. did not see water pipit or scaup regards John. |
