Location: Swanpool, Lincoln
09:05 to 13:00 on patch, good morning with 52 species recorded, all entered on Birdtrack.
Highlights were:-
A 2nd cy Marsh Harrier got up from S reeds, flew round mere hunting then gained height & flew off SW. My earliest ever record for patch.
1 Grey Wagtail on muddy pools by farm, scarce species on patch.
1 Kingfisher on Catchwater drain.
10 Stock Doves.
3 Bullfinches,
4 Skylarks.
1 Yellowhammer.
1 Reed Bunting.
