An short afternoon walk from Bardney to Bardney Lock as far as the weir onto the old river course and return, in overcast,brisk south westerly winds revealed the following highlights:- Goosanders 2m + 1f Little Egret 4 Cormorant 2 Lapwings 40 flyover Kestrel pair flying together Grey Heron 1 Tufted Ducks 15 Longtailed Tits 6 Bullfinch 1f Cheers Rob |
