3 buzzard and 2 kestrel at Cabourne 2 kestrel at Tetney and 3 at Tetney lock. C2000 Brent geese at Tetney marsh, coming in on to fields. Terrific sight. Several thousand golden plover-estimate 2500. Small numbers of black tailed godwit and Dunlin at horseshoe point. 4 little egret at horseshoe point and 1 at Cotes. Black headed gulls with full black heads seen and cormorant with white courtship markings were nice signs of spring. Pair of buzzard at a15/m180 junction-Brigg. Tom and Cheryl |
