Highlights from this morning: Weelsby Woods - 1 Med Gull present again in Weelsby Woods with mixed flock of BHG and Common. Report of 2 individuals earlier in week credited to Howard Bunn. Unable to decide if individual gull is same as yesterday's sighting or different based on partial head moult. - C. Buzzard on ground at 1st light, pair Nuthatch, 1 Treecreeper, pair GSW and pair Sparrowhawk (o). - With Chris Atkin (thanks!) Gooseman's Field - 2 skeins of Pink-footed Geese over heading North. c. 275 in total - one directly overhead and others distant out towards Cleethorpes. Regards, Josh |
