A Nightingale was singing from within a hawthorn near the old coastguard cottages this morning. This is the first record since May 2012. Yesterday's Hen Harrier was still in the area. |

The Nightingale was present again, but not singing very much in the cold wind. Other highlights were 2 Wheatears, 4 Common Buzzards, a Marsh Harrier and a Hobby. |
