Called back on the evening and the Wood Sand was now on the 1st flash with the 2 Garganey, also seen were 2 LRP, 2 Dunlin, 6 Snipe, 1 Black-tailed Godwit and 2 Greenshank. Sand Martin, House Martin and Swallow were hawking insects over the flashes and on the way back to Saltfleet, just outside of Manby I nearly hit a Little Owl.

Later a Little Stint flew in with another 7 Ringed Plover but most of the waders left after the heavy showers ended and no sign of the Wood Sand today.
On the way back to Saltfleet called in at Elm House Farm, Saltfleetby St Clements and from the hide noticed 2 Tundra Bean Geese in the field with Mute Swans, Canadas and Greylag.
