SATURDAY 16TH MAY

Blackmoor Bridge near Lincoln 10-30 to 12 midday

Hirundines - 300+ mix of swallows, house and odd sand martins .

30 +Swift for good measure.
Other birds of note , 2 Little Ringed Plover , 6 Skylark , 2 Buzzards ( mating rather precariously on a fence post)

SUNDAY 17TH MAY at 3-30pm driving along the washingborough road close to Lincoln past the sewage works where the sky was absolutely black with odd swallows and mainly house martins to hard to count but a very conservative estimate would be 500 + birds .
Good to see that many H M' s have made it back locally.

Also whilst cycling near Nocton earlier in the day saw and heard one cuckoo.
