4 July 2015 Mablethorpe North End Family trip to beach fairly quiet for birds but did note: Hobby 1 S (low along tideline over heads of bathers) Little tern 1 N Sandwich tern 30+ (N and S) Lesser whitethroat 2 singing from dunes Oystercatcher 9 Swift 50+ (mainly N) Swallow 30+ (feeding over dunes) Plus 2 painted ladies and 6 small tortoiseshells 'in off sea'.
