| Post subject: | Swanpool backyard birding. |
Due to the combination of sciatica (making for painful walking) and shingles the only birding I did today was from a chair in my back garden. I recorded 25 species with the highlights being 2 Buzzards going east, 1 high flying calling Oystercatcher going south and a male Blackcap. Non avian highlights were a Banded Demoiselle flying through and Silver Y moth and Comma butterfly on Red Valerian. |
