| Post subject: | Great White Egret |
A Great White Egret was at Messingham Sand Quarry yesterday afternoon and then relocated to Alkborough Flats later in the day. A few lucky people saw it drop onto the mud opposite the main hide at Alkborough, but generally the bird was very mobile and was not staying anywhere for long. This morning it has been reported from North Cave Wetlands, but has since flown off from there. Roy |
