Reported: Male Red-footed Falcon has been reported at LWT Willow Tree Fen.

Can anyone provide any further information?

Reported present again this morning (Thursday) as a 1st summer male.

Seen by John Wheldon & Gerv Orton, apparently showing well in flight and perched in hawthorns about 30 yes along the track to the left going out of the second car park.

Bird still present at c2000 tonight - brief views only as the bird was hanging around near the river - to SW of the car park furthest from the entrance - and so often lost to view in dead ground behind the river banks. Vin

Red-footed Falcon still present Saturday 15th mainly along river bank and occasionally over cow field near entrance track.

The Red-footed Falcon was showing mainly distantly this morning, favouring the area around an isolated bush two fields over straight out (NW) from the furthest car park from the road, eventually it showed close giving good views in the tree’s by the river next to the car park just before lunchtime.

Still present this afternoon. Between 2nd and 3rd hides W of car park at rear of reserve by River. If cannot be located always worth looking in field to the right of entry bridge and track. Look along fence posts behind reeds on track side and on ground. Seems to feed here a lot as cows attract insects.
