An evening visit was made to Pye's Hall for the high tide and the tern roost. A total of 1,340 Common Terns came in and other highlights were 4,300 Black-headed Gulls, 450 Oystercatchers, 2,100 Dunlin, 60 Sanderlings, 215 Knot, 250 Golden Plovers, 79 Grey Plovers, 20 Ringed Plovers, 122 Curlews, 30 Bar-tailed Godwits, 2 Greenshanks, a Common Sandpiper, a Ruff and a Cuckoo. |
