Five Mediterranean Gulls were on the shore at high tide and other species here included 90 Sandwich Terns, 29 Common Terns, 550 Oystercatchers, 3 Whimbrels, 400 Dunlin and 40 Grey Plovers. 35 Common Scoters flew south at sea. Highlights on the dunes were 6 Kestrels and singles of Hobby, Sparrowhawk and Marsh Harrier, 3 Greenshanks, Common Sandpiper, Green Sandpiper, 730 Golden Plovers and a Swift. There were very few migrants in the bushes. |
