Migrants in the bushes at the south end were much reduced in the windy conditions, hence 10 Willow Warblers, 4 Common Whitethroats and singles of Chiffchaff, Grasshopper Warbler, Spotted Flycatcher , Pied Flycatcher and Common Redstart. Also seen were 5 Swifts, a Coal Tit, 5 Ruffs, 2 Green Sandpipers, 4 Greenshanks and a Marsh Harrier. |
