Starting from the south end this morning and back towards Pye's: Richard's Pipit - flew over the Quad 2 area calling and continued N at 08.55 4 Yellow-browed Warblers (3 at RAF Base, 1 at Pye's Hall) 1 Common Redstart 1 Stonechat 1 Reed Warbler c. 56 Pinkfeet 1 Merlin 1 Peregrine 1 Marsh Harrier 2 Greenshank Regards, Josh (with Chris Atkin) |

Additional birds seen at the south end included one Yellow-browed Warbler, 2 Chiffchaffs, one Willow Warbler, 4 Goldcrests, one Firecrest, 3 Song Thrushes, 9 Siskins, one Rock Pipit, one Long-eared Owl, 4 Gannets and 17 Brent Geese. The Yellow-browed Warbler in my garden was still present in the evening. |
