| Post subject: | Aircraft and Pinkfoot geese |
At 11.45 about 100+ pinkfoot geese flying east in an almost perfect V formation suddenly turned about, making a circular group as a light aircraft taking off from Sturgate airfield flew almost underneath them. The geese and the aircraft could have been a considerable distance apart but from my position on the ground it looked quite close. Terry |
