Grounded migrants at the south end had decreased, but still included 3 Ring Ouzels, 15 Song Thrushes, 3 Redwings, 10 Goldcrests, one Yellow-browed Warbler and 3 Chiffchaffs. Other birds of note were 3 Sparrowhawks, one of which came in from the sea, 3 Common Buzzards, one Marsh Harrier, 10 Lesser Redpolls, one Ruff, one Green Sandpiper, 2 Pintail and 2 Mediterranean Gulls. 60 Pink-footed Geese flew south. |
