Highlights from today:- 2 Pintail. 1 Bittern stood on edge of main reed bed then flew into east bay. 5 Little Egrets. 1 Grey Heron. 3 Buzzards. 2 Sparrowhawks. 1 Water Rail. c40 Lapwings. 1 Kingfisher. 1 Grey Wagtail. 1 Fieldfare, first of autumn, on hawthorn hedge. 2 Reed Buntings. 1 Yellowhammer. |
