The WeBS count for the realignment area turned up nothing unusual, highlights being 100 Pink-footed Geese south, the Ruddy Shelduck hybrid, one Jack Snipe and one Marsh Harrier. Migrants seen mainly on the dunes and sea-bank included 7 Fieldfares, 20 Redwings, 6 Mistle Thrushes, one Ring Ouzel, 3 Stonechats, one Lapland Bunting, 2 Rock Pipits, 2 Bramblings, 2 Chiffchaffs, one Yellow-browed Warbler, 60 Goldcrests and one Swallow. With GPC. |
