A 5 mile circular walk around Bardney today produced 41 Golden Plovers + 11 Lapwing + 9 Skylark in the fields close to Rose Cottage Farm east of the village . Also seen at various points along the walk were 2 buzzards, 3 Kestrels and a large flock of Chaffinches ( 40 + ). 1 Woodcock and 3 Roe Deer seen in Southery woods . |
