Minimum of three drakes in Cleethorpes Country Park at 3.20pm today. Also a rainbow - good omen for a mega-rarity over the w/e. Some sort of albatross would be nice .

You can put the hopes of a rarity back in the bottle Mr. Wright. I am in Leeds for the weekend so am not having a rarity on my patch in my absence!!

Yours fingers crossedly
James

The words 'Sod' & 'Law' spring to mind James.

Today's afternoon visit (in fading light) to Cleethorpes Country Park:

Wren
Dunnock
Chaffinch
Robin
Blue tit
Blackbird
African skimmer :D
Tufted duck
Mallard
Mute swan
Black-headed gull

(Full confession: I've made up part of the above as a reminder to James not to skive off so shamelessly from his weekend responsibilities to his local patch.)
