Thanks Andrew for putting my photos on the forum. Having studied the birds in the field and the many other photos I took of the birds following John Walkers original post I think, as others have said, that the juv is a Greenland. However the adult I think, from the light appearance, the bill and tail, is of the European race. Any other thoughts would be interesting. Best wishes Roger. |
